A desperate Congress made unwarranted and unethical comments on the IAF Chief over Rafale

New Delhi: The BJP Friday hit out at senior Congress leader M Veerappa Moily for accusing Indian Air Force chief B S Dhanoa of "lying" on Rafale deal, and said the opposition party leader should apologise. The BJP also alleged that the Congress is targeting defence forces of the country for its cheap politics.

BJP's media in-charge Anil Baluni in a statement condemned the Moily for his remarks and said Congress and its leaders are trying to demoralise the soldiers of the country.

"Moily and Congress should seek apology from Dhanoa for remarks against the Air Force chief. The Congress is now targeting defence forces for cheap politics," Baluni said.

On Thursday, Moily had accused Indian Air Force chief B S Dhanoa of "lying" a day after the latter called the Rafale deal a "game changer" and the Supreme Court verdict on it a "very fine" judgement.
