Seven civilians were injured after unidentified terrorists hurled a grenade at security forces in Tral area of Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. According to police, the health condition of all the injured is stable.

The grenade attack took place on Saturday morning.

"Terrorists hurled a grenade on CRPF party at Bus stand Tral, Pulwama. However, it missed the target and exploded on road, causing injuries to seven civilian," SSP Awantipura Tahir Saleem said.

The injured have been shifted to nearby hospital for treatment, SSP added.

The security forces have cordoned off the area to nab the attackers.
