Kargil Vijay Diwas 2019: The 1,200 km-long ride will culminate in Kargil on 26 July in the presence of the President Ram Nath Kovind

Kargil Vijay Diwas 2019: Indian Motorcycle, the American bike manufacturer, recently announced that a fleet of its bikes have joined the Indian Army on the ride from Delhi to Kargil to commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas 2019. The company said owners of Indian Motorcycle bike will join this ride from a variety of places and then proceed to Kargil to celebrate Kargil Vijay Diwas with the Indian Army and the country's war heroes.

The 1,200 km-long ride was flagged off by Rajnath Singh, Union Defence Minister, from War Memorial in Delhi. The riders will now head to Kargil, where the ride will culminate on 26 July in the presence of the President Ram Nath Kovind. And in case you were wondering, they will take the following route for this ride: Delhi - Karnal - Sonepat - Chandigarh - Mandi - Manali - Leh - Kargil.

Indian Roadmaster Elite motorcycle will also participate in the expedition
